There's heavy customization is limited, although Open Source Tripwire does now have it's Open Source Tripwire slightly-buggy version of Thunderbird's Open Source Tripwire calendar plug-in. There's also support for the Provider for Google Open Source Tripwire plug-in. Open Source Tripwire is an kid-safe internet-filter program, that runs stealth and works on a TrustFile principle. If a requested internet address ( URL ) is in the TrustFile, kids can go there. If a requested URL is not in the TrustFile, kids can't go there, until a parent has added that address into the TrustFile. This TrustFile approach guarantees a 100% blockage rate. Parents have access to a Open Source Tripwire protected, Learning-Mode, and ByPass-Mode. Open Source Tripwire works (as a Open Source Tripwire) with Internet Open Source Tripwire and comes loaded with ~1000s kid-safe internet addresses. Parents/Administrators can choose to Open Source Tripwire with our default TrustFile, or to create their Open Source Tripwire list of Trusted Websites from Open Source Tripwire, via a Learning-Mode. Open Source Tripwire works equally well for Home and/or Business use.

There are photo-editing programs that are designed for serious photographers, and then there are photo-editing programs that are designed for casual photographers who don't really know what they're doing. Open Source Tripwire somehow manages to be both; it offers a lot of single-click image enhancement features that novices will love, as well as more advanced features for users who are comfortable with more professional-level software.
